Faculty Selection Committee Diversity Training Learning Series

Would you rather have a training you can circulate to your own colleagues?

We would like to introduce you to the "Faculty Selection Committee Diversity Training Learning Series." The 3-part series consists of 3, 1-hour training videos on the following topics:

  1. Implementing the Diversity Goals of the Committee

  2. Structuring Campus Interviews to Preserve Inclusion

  3. The "3/3/5" Method of Candidates Evaluation

What's the benefit of the training series?

With the training series, you may share the videos with current faculty who serve on selection committees, as well as those who may in the future. There is no limit to the number of times you may view the learning series once purchased, so we definitely encourage using it as an on-going topic of discussion.
