What they are saying...
"It would be very helpful guide to faculty who have not participated in a search before and serve as a useful reminder of do's and don't s for faculty who have done searches before.
-Creighton University
Great presentation! I think this strategy could be and should be implemented with finding faculty/staff to support programming/courses in PCE. This could be successful with drawing in alums to "give back" and continue learning with the university. It would assist with making being a partner with PCE more attractive. The "stay"interview is also key and a tool that should be put in place. The Fact Patterns discussed were timely and powerful thoughts.
-Oklahoma City University
"I thought the Fact Pattern examples were a very good way to end the presentation. The presentation was will done and I think would be of value to faculty members as well as AUHs because it would help them understand what the goals and strategies of AUHs center on in promoting retention.
-University of Arkansas, Fayettville
"I learned so much from this course...great information, even better presenter!"
